The grounds of the Moulinage du Sablas are 26 hectares (64 acres), which offer enough space for everyone to find some peace and privacy.
The grounds border on the river Auzene, a clear and clean river for swimming and fishing. The many shaded areas are a welcome shelter from the midday heat - for picnics, or reading, while listening to the relaxing sounds of the river. In autumn and spring the Auzene changes into a wider and wilder river in which experienced kayakers will feel in their element.

On our farm we keep goats, sheep and chickens and we have two cats. The goats and sheep spend their days in the mountains and towards the evening we bring them back to their stables. The chickens provide us with daily eggs. Apart from all the fruits growing on the site we also have a kitchen garden with vegetables such as courgettes, tomatoes, pumpkins and herbs.

Currently we are building a swimming pool (5 by14m) which will be situated between the Moulinage and the Ferme and should be finished by the 1st of May 2008.
One corner of the terrain has been reserved for a camping site which offers space for 2 pitches for tents or camping trailers.
